You can cast your VR view to a mobile device then use discord screen share on the mobile to share the feed, not the best solution but the only one that comes to mind.
If your wanting to hear discord chat while playing your Quest you will need to put in a Bluetooth earbud connected to the PC, then where that under your Quest headphones or whatever you use for Quest audio.
